Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm every appointment, collected through the booking portal. The deposit is credited toward the final service price on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations & rescheduling
- 48+ hours notice: Free reschedule; deposit transfers to the new appointment.
- 24–48 hours notice: One free reschedule per client per year; otherwise the deposit is forfeit.
- Under 24 hours or no-show: Deposit is forfeit and a new deposit is required to rebook.
Late arrivals
Please text (612) 423-4438 if you'll be more than 10 minutes late. Arrivals over 20 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to protect the stylists behind you, and may forfeit the deposit.
Promotional & signature services
Styles marked as Signature Promotion (🔥) are fixed specs — they cannot be modified. Ends are curled as shown. Mid-back length only. If you want longer, smaller, or modified, select a standard size from the same family (Box Braids, Knotless, etc.).
Hair not included
For services that list hair as not included, please bring the required amount to your appointment. We sell hair on-site in limited colors and textures for a surcharge if you forget.
Take-down policy
Take-downs are offered weekdays only. We only take down braids we installed. Extra time over the booked window is $25/hour. This protects the stylists' schedule and keeps pricing fair for everyone.
Children & guests
To keep the salon calm and safe for clients spending 4+ hours in our chair, we ask that you come alone or with one guest only. Children not receiving service cannot be left unsupervised.
